Why a Women In Sales Awards?
Encouraging diversity in the workplace is increasingly seen as a way of making companies stronger in the modern business environment. One key area of diversity is encouraging women to enter and excel in traditionally male-dominated fields. Sales is one such arena.
Sales is the lifeblood of every company. However, it is still very heavily male-dominated. The Women in Sales Awards has been created to bring a greater awareness of the need for gender diversity in sales and in executive leadership teams, as well as help grow the pipeline of sales talent. The awards are an opportunity to celebrate the achievements of women in sales roles.
The Winners and finalists will be recognized at an awards ceremony on the 5th of December at the Savoy, London where their excellence will be celebrated.

Zars Media was set up to highlight women’s leadership contributions across all careers in all business sectors. Our goal is to empower women and encourage them to reach their full potential within industry and business by recognizing and honouring their achievements. We strive to bring together women with drive, energy and passion, through our awards and leadership programs.

1. Encourage women to develop their skills by recognising their success within Industry and Business.
2. Use the unique platform provided by Zars Media's awards programs to inspire others to emulate these role models.
3. Elevate the level of awareness, acceptance and visibility of women and the talents they have to offer not just to the companies they work for but within the economy as a whole.
4. Help companies create a culture that celebrates and publicizes women’s success stories within and outside their companies.

Our ambition is to inspire generations of working women by acknowledging and recognizing their talents, achievements and contribution to companies and the global economy as a whole.

Tottenham Hotspur Foundation is committed to providing the best sports, health, training, and education programmes for all our communities; creating opportunities, encouraging enterprise and innovation, promoting social cohesion and enhancing life skills.

We use sport and in particular football as a vehicle to create life changing opportunities for children, groups and individuals within communities. This is achieved by working with a wide range of partners including central and local government departments, schools, colleges, businesses and charitable trusts to design programmes that engage with all sections of the community.

Activities are based on a belief that engagement through sport can result in far more than developing sports skills. It can harness a sense of mutual respect and trust, widen horizons, raise aspirations and provide opportunities to young people regardless of race, sex or age.
